Papers are limited to 15 minutes including questions and must be presented by a student author. The program committee will group presentations into sessions by content and room availability. Each paper session room will be equipped with a screen and an LCD projector for PowerPoint presentations. You are responsible for bringing your presentation on a thumb drive.
Posters provide a written or graphic overview of research or programs and typically include a brief abstract and graphics (e.g. tables, figures, pictures). Poster presenters will be provided with an easel to accommodate one 32″ x 40″ poster board. Presenters must be available for questions during the poster session. Presenters must bring their own materials to tack or tape their poster to the poster board.
